On November 19th 2004 the Deg Area Project Site was officially commissioned along with latest NEA project undertaking,
the Aquaculture Research Facility. With over 2000 people in attendance, the Deg Commissioning Service was host to Tribal Leaders,
Government and Military Officials, Foreign Dignitaries and invited delegates from partnering organizations.
